Return Policy & rules
Products are accepted for returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Every year, our 30-day return policy for purchases made between November 1st & December 15th extends to January 15th of the following next year.
We are committed to you. Our goal is to provide high-quality products & excellent service. This means we accept returns, but do not resell any return items. We do however, donate them to local charites or events for the his betterment of their communities.
To be eligible, the return items must be returned in their original conditions: unworn, unused, & in the original packaging.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please take notes of the following:
Merchandise must be accompanied by all its original packaging, such as jewelry boxes, to be eligible for a refunds.
Items that are personalized, altered, or engraved are ineligible for return or exchange.
Certain exclusive limited edition tickets and collaboration pieces may not qualify for a refund.
Damages & issues
We want excellent online shopping experience we do take it very seriously.
Please inspect your product upon receving. For defective, damaged, or incorrect orders, contact us immediately so we can address the issue & do our best to make it right. Feel free to reach out with any quality or concerns or questions.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received & inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
